Puratex® protection spray

For protecting furniture fabrics.

The Puratex® protections spray for textile is easy to apply, without propellants, in a handy pump atomizer. Before the impregnation can be applied, it is important to make the furniture fabric free of dust. 

Instructions:

Half-yearly maintenance:

1. Make the furniture dust-free. Use a vacuum cleaner with furniture attachment or the LCK® cleaning glove. The combination of the LCK® cleaning glove and Puratex® cleaning water refreshes the fabric completely. A few drops on the glove is often sufficient. With the glove you then work the entire surface of furniture.
2. Allow to dry well (about 1 hour).
3. Impregnate the fabric with the Puratex® protection spray. Hold the pump sprayer at a distance of 20-30 centimeters (+/- 10 inches) above the fabric and spray a thin, even layer. Try to keep the pump sprayer as vertical as possible to prevent dripping. Allow the fabric to dry well.

In case of stains:

1. Remove coarse contamination with a spoon or the blunt side of a knife.Then treat the stain with the Puratex® strong cleaner. Put some of the cleaner on a clean cloth and work the stain. Always work from the outside in and always treat a larger area than the stain itself.After cleaning use the Puratex® cleaning water.
2. Put a little cleaning water in a container and immerse the LCK® cleaning glove / clean cloth and wring it out. Then carefully clean the cleaned fabric from seam to seam. Possibly repeat once or twice.
3. Allow the fabric to dry well. 
4. Impregnate the fabric with the Puratex® protection spray. Hold the pump sprayer at a distance of 20-30 centimeters (+/- 10 inches) above the fabric and spray a thin, even layer. Try to keep the pump sprayer as vertical as possible to prevent dripping. Allow the fabric to dry well.

Recommended frequency:

Half-yearly or with stains, sufficient for 5-7 seats.

36 months after production date.

Tip:

The Puratex® protection spray is part of the Puratex® care set for textile upholstery. It is also possible to get the protection spray in a stronger 500ml variant, Puratex® strong protector. 

After the impregnation, let the fabric dry thoroughly. After approximately 2 hours the fabric is dry and you can use the furniture again. The Puratex® protection spray has its optimal effect after 24 hours.
